Job Summary: As an HR & Administrative Executive, you will be instrumental in supporting both our human resources and administrative functions. Your role will focus on streamlining office operations, managing relationships with vendors, and organizing significant company events. This position requires a proactive, organized individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily administrative operations within the office.
- Organize and coordinate office activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Serve as the point of contact for vendor and contractor management, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality of services.
- Plan and execute a variety of company events, including but not limited to the annual dinner, holiday parties, staff birthday celebrations, and other activities.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and manage procurement processes.
- Support the HR department in implementing HR initiatives and programs that promote a positive organizational culture.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
- Collaborate with various departments to facilitate communication and smooth operation across the company.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role, with proven experience in vendor management and event organization.
- Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with HRIS systems.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
