What You'll Do
Manage recruitment processes including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures.
Support performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives.
Coordinate administrative tasks including office management and supplies procurement.
Foster a positive workplace culture through effective communication and support.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or administration roles.
Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite; familiarity with HR software is a plus.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
