Support the organization by supporting key HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations to ensure a productive and engaged workforce. Handle administrative operations to maintain an organized and efficient work environment. Help to align people strategies with business goals, contributing to the company’s overall growth and performance.


Your daily responsibilities include

Human Resources:

  • Assist in the HR activities including recruitment, job postings, interview coordination, and onboarding new employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR documentation in both digital and physical formats.
  • Support monthly payroll processing and benefits administration to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Coordinate employment pass applications, renewals, and cancellations for expatriates if applicable with the immigration.
  • Support in employee orientations, exit interviews, and handle termination documentation.
  • Coordinate training sessions
  • Assist in performance appraisal processes and employee relations matters.
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment laws and company policies.


Administrative:

  • Visitor Management, including coordination of taxi or temporary car rental, issuance of temporary access cards, and facilitation of smooth visitor entry and exit procedures.
  • Assist in coordinating company events, staff meetings, including logistics and venue arrangements.
  • Support in organizing business travel for Neways Electronics Malaysia employees.

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
  • Basic understanding of Malaysian employment law.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and payroll systems.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
