Requirements
• Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration/ Human Resource Management or its equivalent.
• Preferred candidate with relevant working experiences including hands-on payroll system and recruitment.
• Essential knowledge in Malaysian Employment Laws.
• MUST be able to speak MANDARIN or local dialects and interact with all levels of people.
• Meticulous, accurate in work and able to maintain strict confidentiality of information.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for timely processing of payroll, ensure payroll records are accurate and complete.
• Liaise with labour department and other relevant government bodies, ensure on time statutory submission and payment such as EPF, Socso/ EIS, PCB, HRDF etc.
• Prepare all types of HR and payroll related documents and letters.
• Maintain employees’ leave records via E-Leave system.
• Maintain employees’ personal files as well as system database updating.
• Handle Group Insurance, Socso coverage and claims.
• Handle employees' disciplinary issues.
• Liaise with panel clinics on updating staff list, billing or any other related matters.
• Manage recruitment process and conduct orientation for new hires.
• Assist in staff development training program and SBL claims.
• Generate, check and verify staff attendance sheets.
• Maintain appropriate filling system.
• Any other HR & general office administrative duties and responsibilities as assigned.
