Key Responsibilities

HR Operations:

  • Assist in the recruitment process of internships, scheduling interviews, and coordinating on-boarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Prepare HR-related reports such as monitoring attendance.


Employee Relations

  • Address employee queries regarding policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
  • Professionals' Annual Practicing Certification renewals.


Policy Compliance

  • Ensure company compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Support the development, communication, and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.


Training And Development

  • Organize and track employee training programs.
  • Assist in creating and updating training materials.
  • HRDF claims & funds monitoring


Key Attributes

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is an added value.


Qualifications

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Mass Comm, Public Relations or a related field.
  • 1 - 2 years experience as HR Coordinator or Assistant would be an added advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.


Skills And Competencies

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS)
  • Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).


Interpersonal Skills

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.


Problem-Solving

  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
