  • Coordinate training programs, assess needs, design modules, and organize sessions. Evaluate effectiveness and suggest improvements.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job posting to candidate selection. Collaborate with hiring managers for timely staffing.
  • Develop initiatives for employee engagement and satisfaction. Organize events, recognition programs, and surveys. Implement strategies for morale and retention.
  • Handle HR tasks like onboarding, records management, leave systems, and policy updates. Ensure compliance with employment laws.
  • Support goal setting, evaluations, and improvement plans. Advise on performance-related matters.
  • Address queries, concerns, and conflicts. Promote positive communication and resolve issues.
  • Generate HR reports on metrics like headcount, turnover, and training effectiveness. Provide insights for HR decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and ethics. Stay updated and maintain HR practices.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Proficient in HR principles, practices, and laws.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) is necessary for interactions with mandarin speaking principle.
  • Must be able to work in Gelang Patah.
