Responsibilities;

  • Ensure that the organization complies with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain employee records, including attendance, leave, and personal information.
  • Maintain and update HR and recruitment records, including job descriptions, offer letters, and contracts.
  • Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR policies and processes, including workforce planning and talent management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Follow up on onboarding processes and documentation for new hires.
  • Handle advertising for job postings, both in print and on the website, and manage employee referral programs.
  • Manage ad-hoc projects and perform other administrative duties as required.
  • Responsible for full spectrum of payroll management
  • Liaise with relevant government bodies regarding monthly statutory submission
  • Must be well-versed with Malaysian Labour Laws
  • Need to deal with Imigresen, JTK, EPF, Socso, LHDN and Bank officer to open bank a/c
  • Handle to apply grant or claim for HRDF
  • Handle group of companies payroll, attendance and leave
  • Handle new foreign workers recruitment
  • Arrange job posting & recruitment
  • Prepare letter - Appointment letter, confirmation letter, increment letter, warning letter, memo & etc

Requirements;

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in HR or Tourism or related field
  • Min 2 years of working experience as an HR (preferable in tourism or hospitality)
