HR Executive (Recruitment) - (Remote)

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process
• Be a contact point for dedicated departments/functions
• Identify future hiring needs and developing job descriptions & specifications together with hiring managers/HODs.
• Attract suitable candidates through a variety of channels
• Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
• Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
• Organize and conduct on-boarding and orientation for new hires
• Promote the company's reputation and employer branding
• Prepare employment contract, HR-related documents and P-Files
• Keeping up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company.
• Providing recruitment reports to team managers.
• Complete ad hoc projects and other tasks assigned by HR Manager/HOD.
• One-year renewable contract
• Able to start work immediately

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
• At least 3 years HR/recruitment related working experience
• Able to communicate with different levels organization
• Agile and able to work in matrix organization and dynamic environment
• Willing to provide support outside recruitment function
• Knowledge and experienced in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
