To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a HR Generalist located in Flex Port Tanjung Pelepas, Gelang Patah, Johor.
Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Generalist role is to foster and maintain positive working relationships within all employee levels.
What a typical day looks like:
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a HR Generalist located in Flex Port Tanjung Pelepas, Gelang Patah, Johor.
Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Generalist role is to foster and maintain positive working relationships within all employee levels.
What a typical day looks like:
- Ensure the consistent treatment of employees and the consistent application of Flex policies and procedures.
- Counsel management on policy interpretation including any potential risks. Advise and investigate (when applicable) in regard to the appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
- Handling misconduct cases, grievance cases, do investigation.
- Assists in the documentation/administration of the disciplinary procedure.
- Excellent human relations skills as you have to take on an assertive role to discipline and handle difficult employees.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies or equivalent.
- Requires minimum 3 years of Human Resources Generalist, Industrial Relations or related experience.
- Knowledge in Employment Act and ability to mediate and solve industrial relations matters amicably would be an added advantage.
- Possess good command of both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
