What You’ll Be Doing
What We’re Looking For
- Research and identify suitable candidates across platforms (JobStreet, Hiredly, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
- Screen resumes and shortlist potential candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interview arrangements with hiring managers.
- Support the creation of content to attract young talents (LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, XiaoHongShu).
- Assist during career fairs, team events, or office culture shoot days.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for new employer branding ideas.
- Prepare HR-related documents and reports.
- Support day-to-day HR administrative tasks and ad hoc assignments.
- Any other tasks assigned by superior / Company.
What We’re Looking For
- Students or fresh grads in HR, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Passionate about recruitment, employer branding, and content creation
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in English (Mandarin is a plus!)
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, or other design/video tools
