About the role

ROCK MAESTRO SDN. BHD.' is seeking a talented HR Officer to join our dynamic team in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. As an HR Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting and enhancing our company's human resources function, ensuring we attract, develop, and retain top talent to drive our continued success.

What you'll be doing

• Handling the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee relations
• Administering and processing payroll, benefits, and leave management
• Coordinating and facilitating employee training and development programs
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation
• Assisting with the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and compliance
• Providing HR support and guidance to managers and employees as needed
• Contributing to the continual improvement of HR processes and initiatives

What we're looking for

• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar HR Officer or Generalist role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask
• Proficient in HR information systems and Microsoft Office suite
• Familiar with Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices
• Passionate about contributing to a positive and engaging work environment
• Must be able to work 6 days a week
