We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Admin Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will support our sales department by managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and enhancing customer satisfaction. This role involves coordinating with various departments, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate sales records.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales Support:

  • Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks.
  • Prepare and process sales orders, invoices, and delivery schedules.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.

Customers Service:

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide product information
  • Coordinate with manufacturing technical team to resolve team to resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Prepare sales reports and presentations for management.
  • Ensure all sales documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.

Coordination:

  • Liaise with production and warehouse teams to manage inventory levels.
  • Coordinate with marketing for promotional activities and campaigns.
  • Assist in organizing sales meetings, events, and training sessions.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Manage office supplies and equipment related to the sales department.
  • Handle correspondence and communications with clients and suppliers.
  • Perform general office duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales administration or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Autocount software.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of polyethylene products and the plastics industry will be an advantage.
  • Experience with Autocount systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
