Job Summary:

Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, maintain payroll records, calculate deductions and tax withholdings, and comply with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Collect and verify employee time and payroll data (hours, overtime, bonuses, deductions).
  • Process payroll accurately and on schedule (e.g., pay runs, pay statements, direct deposits).
  • Maintain and reconcile payroll records, spreadsheets, and general ledger data.
  • Handle inquiries from employees or supervisors regarding pay-related issues.
  • Prepare reports for finance, management, and auditors.
  • Stay up to date on local tax and wage laws and ensure compliance.
  • Support year-end processing and associated documentation (e.g., tax forms)


  • Job Qualifications:


  • Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or HR preferred.
  • 1+ years of payroll processing experience.
  • Strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with multi-state or multi-country payroll compliance.
  • Knowledge of payroll legislation (taxes, garnishments, benefits)
  • Fluent in English language.
