Are you passionate about people and eager to gain hands on experience in Human Resources?
We are looking for an HR Business Partner Intern to join our team and support various HR functions. This internship is an excellent opportunity to learn the end-to end HR process, from Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement to Talent Management and opportunity to lead small scale HR initiatives/projects.
Mission of the role
As an HRBP Intern, you will work closely with HR leaders and Market Malaysia business stakeholders to align HR strategies with business goals, ensuring a people-centric approach to company success. Your role will be instrumental in supporting employees, improving HR processes, and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
What You Will Learn And Do
HR Strategy and Business Alignment - support HR BP in aligning HR initiatives with Business needs.
Talent Acquisition and Onboarding - assist in recruiting, assessment center logistic support and onboarding new hires.
Employee Engagement and Culture Building - help drive engagement programs, employee feedback initiatives and company events.
Performance Management - Participate in performance review cycles
HR Operations & Compliance - get hands on experience with HR policies, employee records, and compliance processes.
Learning and Talent Development- support training program, career development initiatives, and leadership workshops.

- Preference 6 months availability or willing to extend
- Currently doing Bachelors Degree or Diploma in HR/ Communications related fields
- Passion for HR and people focuses initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Proactive attitude with a wiilingness to learn and contribute
