About The Role

Are you passionate about championing Health and Safety? Reckitt is looking for an EHS Manager to play a pivotal role in sustaining our reputation for world-class Supply Chain operations. Your responsibilities

• Craft and introduce Health and Safety strategies and protocols that align with global EHS regulations.
• Perform risk evaluations, audits, and checks to prevent hazards and secure a hazard-free workplace.
• Offer direction, guidance, and support to regional EHS teams for coherent Health and Safety practises.
• Work with various teams to merge Health and Safety into Supply Chain operations and decisions.
• Manage Health and Safety instructional initiatives to keep all staff well-informed and compliant.
• Oversee incident analysis, root cause discovery, and the development of remedial and preventive strategies.
  
  

The experience we're looking for

• Extensive background in EHS management, particularly within Supply Chain safety initiatives.
• Thorough understanding of EHS laws, standards, and best practises, especially as they apply to Supply Chain contexts.
• Influential leadership and communication abilities to champion EHS measures and engender a culture centred on safety.
• A proven history of creating and putting into action global Health and Safety strategies.
• Available to travel internationally to various Supply Chain locations as necessary.
