你將要做什麼
- 人才獲取與招募：領導招募工作，吸引各種職位的頂尖人才，並確保 Tisen 吸引最優秀的候選人。
- 員工敬業度與關係：成為解決員工問題的負責人，營造積極且支持性的工作環境。
- 人力資源策略與規劃：與領導階層合作制定符合公司目標、績效目標和員工成長的人力資源策略。
- 績效管理：監督績效評估流程，設定明確的關鍵績效指標 (KPI)，並幫助員工實現個人和職業目標。
- 培訓與發展：確定培訓需求並與團隊合作制定培訓計劃，幫助員工在角色和職業生涯中成長。
- 政策與合規：確保遵守人力資源政策和程序，並隨時了解勞動法和行業最佳實踐。
- 工作文化倡議者：弘揚天森的價值觀，創造一個讓員工感到被重視、被支持、被激勵發揮最佳表現的環境。
資格：
- 人力資源、工商管理或相關領域的學位。
- 5年以上人力資源經驗，其中至少2年擔任高階主管或助理經理職位。
- 對人力資源最佳實踐、勞動法、招募和績效管理流程有深入的了解。
- 熱愛員工：您真誠地關心對員工生活產生正面影響，從招募到員工關係。
- 策略思想家：您了解人力資源如何與業務目標保持一致，並可以製定推動發展的策略。
- 優秀的溝通者：您與各級員工建立了牢固的關係，並清晰有效地進行溝通。
