Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate with employees and department heads on attendance and disciplinary matters.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Plan, coordinate, and handle employee training sessions as required.
  • Ensure all administrative work aligns with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Act as the primary contact for administrative queries and employee support.
  • Handle daily office operations and manage office supplies.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements

  • SPM, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Attention to details
