- Sourcing candidates, screening resumes, interviews coordination and cold calling the right candidates based on business requirements.
- Prepare employees’ daily attendance and leave records.
- Provide administrative support including documentation and filing.
- Work individually or as part of a team to complete assigned tasks.
- Assist and provide day to day operational support or ad-hoc support for the administrative Department.
- Has a strong interest in Human Resource & Beauty / Wellness.
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Human Resource, Business Administration, Psychology or related field preferred.
- A keen learner who is creative & detail-oriented, resourceful & driven.
- Able to work with a team/independently where needed.
- Willing to listen, include, and respect the beliefs of teammates.
