Job Responsibility
- Assist in developing & implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Oversee employees disciplines and their compliance with company rules and policies
- Responsible for recruitment and selection
- Handling payroll including statutory deductions
- Assist in ISO documentation work
- To handle all payroll related matters and assist with the day-to-day HR operations/administration
- To ensure compliance in submission of attendance records and related documents for payroll processing
- To check and verify all HR documents and handle all relevant issues pertaining payrollkws
- To ensure all employees’ details are regularly updated
- To maintain proper employees’ personal files and HR filing system
- To assist in the group of companies' administrative matters
- To meet all payroll and statutory deadlines
- Assist and coordinate the overall recruitment process
- To assist the Manager on all related events and staff activities as and when required
- To assist on adhoc assignments as and when required
- Responsible for system data management of updating, maintaining, and safe keeping of employees’ personal files, payroll records, leaves and reimbursement claims.
- Maintaining the records of personnel management and benefits : personnel files, performance evaluation, employee payroll, overtime, various allowances, employee annual tax returns, leave entitlement, staff daily attendance, medical claims and its recovery from the insurance company, Employee Provident Funds (EPF) or SOCSO and staff training
- Preparing goverment document to renew worker passport,permit,visa(ever year)
- Required skill(s): Handling of foreign worker matters, immigration process (MYEG,FWCMS) and to keep track of all passports, permit expired, special pass, renewal and cancellation matters.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent with minimum 2 years hand-on experience
- Required language : Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Well versed with labour law and Employment Act
- Experience in ISO 9001:2008 is an added advantage
- Independent and able to work with minimum supervision
- Resourceful and mature interpersonal skill with good command in written and spoken English
- Able to multitask along with excellent organization skill
- Able to work independent
