Key Responsibilities
- Sources, Identify and engage top talent across multiple channel (Linkedin, job boards, referrals etc.)
- manage the entire hiring process from screening and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- understand job requirement and develop effective recruitment strategies for different departments.
- ensure a positive and engaging experience for candidate throughout the recruitment process.
- track recruitment metrics (e.g., time to hire, cost per hire, etc.) and use data to optimize the hiring process.
- ensure recruitment processes comply with local labor laws and internal policies.
- bachelor' s degree in human resources, business administration or related field.
- at least 2 years experience in recruitment, staffing or talent acquisition.
- excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- negotiate offers and contracts to secure top talent.
- attention to detail with accuracy.
- experience with applicant tracking system (ATS), recruitment platforms, and HR software.
- strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationship and trust with candidates and hiring teams.
- assess challenges in recruitment processes and provide solutions.
- prioritize multiple roles and deadlines in fast-paced environment.
