Outlet Supervisor (Petaling Jaya/ Subang Jaya)

Job Responsibility

• Provide good cooperation with the Branch Manager in planning effective strategies to enhance branch sales performance.
• Contributing to the increase in kiosk and branch sales.
• Customer Service - Answering inquiries, providing mandatory service and assistance to customers even though DobiQueen is a self-service laundromat.
• Drop Off Pick Up (DOPU) service: Assisting customers with washing and drying clothes.
• Free Transfer service: Transferring customers' clothes from washer to dryer
• Easy Folding service: Folding customers' clothes with easy techniques to avoid wrinkles for Free Transfer & Drop Off Pick Up (DOPU) service (free of charge)
• Folding Service: Folding customers' clothes according to company SOP (charges apply and employees will receive commissions).
• Maintaining branch cleanliness throughout working hours.
• Preparing daily reports - Opening, Closing, and DobiQueen Product Sales.
• Managing the Foto-Zzoom kiosk (Passport & 4R printing & Photostate).
• Managing any equipment such as gas, pumps, and others in the branch to ensure smooth operations.
• Compliant and ready to cooperate with the Outlet Manager in managing the branch.
• Executing other tasks assigned by management from time to time.
• Working as one in the branch, as if you are the branch owner! No problems or political issues or conflicts with other employees!

Working Hours

• Working Hours (basic salary RM2,000):
• 9.30 am - 7.00 pm / 11.30 am - 9.00 pm (depending on availability)
• 2 hours of rest time
• Working 6 days a week & off on normal days.
• Any changes in working hours are at the discretion of the Company.
• Overtime (OT) is only required if informed by the superior.
• All selected candidates must undergo training for five (5) days as part of the recruitment process. During this period, the candidate's performance will be monitored to determine the position as a full-time employee depending on the candidate's potential. ** The company's decision is final.
