Role: HVAC Operation and Maintenance Technician.
Qualifications
MST’s core business is providing Total Facility Management services to customers who wish to outsource their building facilities operations & maintenance and focus in delivering their core businesses. Our core competencies are in facilities engineering services such as Hvac, Mechanical, Electrical, Control systems & Building Maintenance and supported by our soft services partners in Housekeeping, Security, Catering, Transportation, Landscaping, Pest Control, Hygiene & Waste Disposal services. Our HQ is in Penang with a Branch Office in Kuala Lumpur and site offices in Kedah, Perak, Selangor & Melaka and nationwide geographical coverage including Sabah & Sarawak. MST’s Facilities Management Division is supported by Mobile Service Team & Project Team which consists of highly skilled and competent people who are specialist in their respective fields. MST's Mobile Service Team provides external supports & specialist technical solutions to its local site facilities management team for maintenance, trouble shootings, repair & systems improvement of existing customers’ facility. MST's Project Team provides project management & new project installation for complete mechanical & electrical building facilities systems including production line hook-up and building upgrading. MST is ISO9001 certified & registered with the following local authorities in order to comply on local regulations & requirements: 1) Suruhanjaya Tenaga (Energy Commission) - Registered Class-C Electrical Contractor 2) Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) - Grade G7 - Specializations in HVAC/Mechanical/Electrical/Fire Protection Systems, BAS and General Buildings/Civil Engineering Works - Registered Facility Management Contractor under category F01 3) Kementerian Kewangan Malaysia (MOF) - Federal, State Governments and GLCs projects Vertiv, Neuropower, Johnson Controls, Rockwell Automation, ABB and Danfoss are MST's recognized Partners for Technology Systems & Products (BAS, VFD, UPS, HVAC Controls) Website: https://www.mst-facilities.com.my
Qualifications
- 1 year of hands-on experience in Air Conditioning/Mechanical system operation and maintenance.
- Certificate/Diploma in HVAC/Mechanical/Electrical fields. Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Carry out operations, maintenance & repair for Air Conditioning & Mechanical system.
- To immediately attend, rectify and escalate any breakdown and failure of system or equipment to ensure zero interruption to production.
- To perform routine rounding on all systems and equipment. To perform a visual inspection and data recording.
- To assist & execute PM activity, according to and comply with the schedule and task as per SOP.
- Option to work in 12 hours shift duty roster.
