Job Responsibility
- Handling all inbound calls, Email, and Live Chat Pertaining to customer general inquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related the companyâs services.
- To exceed customerâs expectation in term of service & accurate information.
- Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements SLA.
- Troubleshoot technical problems of telecommunication services.
- Assist on solving common technical problems.
- Provide primary technical advice to customers with practical information and tools.
- Applicants with SPM level qualification and above
- Proficient in Mandarin (Read, Speak, Type)
- Basic English is required for this role
- Have no issue to work on 7am â 3am Rotational shift (9 hours per shift including 1 hour break time)
- Willing to commit on 5 days work per week and Public Holidays (Rotational 2 off days per week)
- Able to start working on 16 October 2024
- Have no issue to be fully work based at Petaling Jaya, Selangor Office
- Monthly Salary: RM3,100 Basic Salary + Night Shift allowance up to RM400Â + KPI allowance up to RM500

- FREE Shuttle Service (Subang Jaya Komuter 7.45am â 10.15pm & Ara Damansara LRT 8.15am â 9.30pm)
