In this role, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end influencer marketing process - from identifying the right KOL/KOCs to building strong relationships, ideating impactful content, and measuring performance. The stories you help create and scale will directly shape how fast and how far we grow.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end influencer marketing process - from identifying the right KOL/KOCs to building strong relationships, ideating impactful content, and measuring performance. The stories you help create and scale will directly shape how fast and how far we grow.
What You’ll Do
- Be the driver of influencer marketing - sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding KOL/KOCs who align with BJAK’s brand and objectives.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with influencers to ensure creative, impactful collaborations.
- Plan, brainstorm, and brief influencers on content ideas that drive awareness, educate audiences, and promote BJAK’s key campaigns.
- Review and select influencer-generated content weekly for distribution on BJAK’s social media channels.
- Analyze influencer campaign performance, report results, and optimize for engagement and ROI.
- Stay on top of content trends and platform updates, adapting them into BJAK’s campaigns to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Ensure all influencer-led content is delivered on time, at high quality, and in line with compliance standards.
- You see influencer marketing as a craft - not just paid posts, but storytelling that builds trust and brand love.

- You’re a natural connector, building relationships that last with creators and influencers.

- You take initiative and run influencer campaigns with full ownership, end-to-end.
- Have a sharp eye for content and can spot influencers who truly resonate with their audience.
- Are organized and detail-driven, managing multiple influencer collaborations without dropping the ball.
- Communicate clearly and confidently, whether briefing influencers or presenting results internally.
- Love building - from campaign concepts to influencer partnerships to reporting processes.
- Take full ownership of campaigns, from ideation to post-performance analysis.
- Move fast, but always with thought, care, and precision.
- 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, KOL/KOC management, or social media campaigns.
- Proven ability to source, manage, and deliver results with influencers across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Strong understanding of digital and social content trends.
- Analytical skills with experience tracking campaign performance and ROI.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Comfort working in a flat, fast-paced, and evolving startup environment.
- An established network of influencers across multiple categories.
- Experience in social commerce, affiliate/KOC campaigns, or community building.
- Familiarity with regional influencer markets (ASEAN, China, Japan, Taiwan).
- Creative experience in content production, copywriting, or campaign design.
- Exposure to influencer campaign management tools and analytics platforms.
