JOB SCOPE

Customer Relationship Management

• Serve as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email and other communication channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to drive loyalty and repeat business.

Quotation and Order Management

• Prepare accurate and competitive quotations tailored to customers' needs.
• Process Purchase Orders, ensuring details are captured correctly in the system.
• Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery and resolve delivery issues if they arise.

Inventory Coordination

• Work with operation team to monitor stock levels and ensure material availability for customer orders.
• Communicate effectively to handle enquiries about materials specifications or availability.

Documentation and Reporting

• Maintain detailed records customer interactions, quotes, orders and follow-ups.

Cross-Team Collaboration

• Partner with the external sales team to ensure alignment on customer requirements and strategies.

Liaise with technical teams to address customer questions about aluminium grades, specifications and applications.

QUALIFICATION

1. Diploma or Degree in any related field.
2. Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple task.
3. Able to work in a fast pace environment.
4. Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
5. A proactive, team oriented mindset and the ability to meet sales target.
