Inside Sales Management

The Technical Team Lead role is to manage a team of Technical Consultants who support partners in building well architected apps, across the tech stack, and to publish those apps to one of the Could Marketplaces.

This is a high-visibility program with strong leadership support that aims at bringing into an eco-system, to then help them build, publish, and grow applications through the Could Marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Leading a team of Technical Consultants who are responsible for driving publication of SaaS apps from partners on the cloud marketplaces

Coaching and mentoring your team and serving as their day-to-day escalation point, managing the performance of your team against program SLAs

Lead daily team huddles, weekly 1-on-1s, and performance calibration meetings.

Foster a collaborative team culture grounded in accountability, transparency, and motivation.

Handle escalations, conflict resolution, and high-impact interventions with professionalism.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives across tools, processes, and methodologies.

Manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance development of team members.

monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators such as partner satisfaction, partner publication rate, etc

collaborating with cross-functional managers, stakeholders and vendors to ensure alignment and consistency of program execution

providing feedback and insights to stakeholders to help improve the customer experience and value proposition.

What you need:

A Bachelor's degree in technology or business

At least 5 years of experience in the cloud or software industry as a technical consultant, cloud solution architect or similar role

At least 2 years of experience in managing and developing a high performing tech sales team.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft products and services, especially Azure.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
