About the role

Join our growing team as an Insurance Agent at Law Agency (Great Eastern) in Kuching, Sarawak. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality financial advice and tailored insurance solutions to our clients. As a trusted advisor, you will play a vital part in helping individuals and families protect their financial futures.

What you'll be doing

Actively prospect and engage with potential clients to understand their insurance and financial needs
Provide personalized recommendations on the most suitable insurance and investment products
Manage and maintain a portfolio of clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and client retention
Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, products, and services to provide expert advice
Collaborate with team members to share best practices and support each other's growth
Participate in training and development programmes to continuously enhance your skills

What we're looking for

A passion for sales, customer service, and helping others achieve their financial goals
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients
Ability to work independently
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
Willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations
Prior experience in sales, financial services, or the insurance industry is preferred

Requirements

1. Age between 21 - 45 years old

2. Degree holders or above

3. Possess your own transport

4. Aggresive people, willing to learn and communicate

5. Can speak Mandarin is more advantage
