Qualifications & experience

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Interior Design
• Required language : English
• Required Skill(s): Proficient in Sketch Up and Enscape, Autocad, Photoshop
• Competent in Technical & Documentation Knowledge
• High Attention to Design & Detailing
• Exceptional Communication Skills & a Team Player

Tasks & responsibilities

• Attending to client's briefing and site visit
• Handling all design related scopes including conceptual design, space planning, detailing and construction drawing
• To develop CAD drawing, 3D Visuals, presentation board from design stage to construction stage
• Site visits to ensure projects are developed according to specification and requirement
• To resolve design related issues at all stages with project manager and vendors
• To coordinate with sub contractors
