JALEX is seeking Project Executives with experience in Interior Fit-Out or Architectural Interiors to join our dynamic team. Roles & Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Supervision

• Manage site activities and ensure seamless integration between trade contractors and subcontractors.
  
  
  

Work Sequence & Interface Management

• Oversee construction sequencing and resolve interface conflicts to maintain project timelines.
  
  
  

Drawing Review & Site Verification

• Identify discrepancies between construction drawings and site conditions; propose solutions.
  
  
  

Setting Out & Technical Detailing

• Execute levelling, terminal details, clash detection with MEP services, and vertical alignment.
  
  
  

Lookahead Scheduling & Progress Tracking

• Prepare short-term schedules, monitor site progress, and implement recovery plans for delays.
  
  
  

Quality Assurance & Testing

• Conduct inspections and testing in accordance with method statements and ITPs.
  
  
  

Document Control & Consultant Liaison

• Issue RFIs, CVIs, and review AIs from consultants, designers, and architects.
  
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma/Degree in Interior Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
• Proficiency in MS Project for scheduling
• Ability to sketch or detail in AutoCAD for coordination with design teams
• Experience in interior fit-out, refurbishment, or architectural detailing preferred
