Job Description
- Assist in managing HR-related documentation and process improvements.
- Support HR engagement events and activities for Supply Chain Management (SCM) teams.
- Assist in preparing communication materials, announcements, and HR updates.
- Prepare simple reports or summaries for HRBP review.
- Help gather feedback or data for HRBP initiatives.
- Support HRBP in ongoing HR projects, including SCM workshop, walk-in interviews (local contract workers), performance form, etc.
- Exposure to real HRBP work in a large SCM environment.
- Understanding of workforce planning, employee relations, and HR processes.
- Hands-on experience managing HR trackers and data.
- Opportunity to participate in HR discussions and improvement projects.
- Willing to work in Klang office and at times need to travel to Shah Alam office
