Role Description & Responsibilities:

  • Assist APAC Expense Manager in the execution of key projects and day-to-day administrative support
  • Gain hands-on experience in data analysis by extracting, interpreting, and visualizing reports to develop valuable analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Build and maintain reports and presentations to support business reviews and decision-making
  • Promote compliance with travel and expense policies by issuing friendly reminders—both manual and automated to employees and stakeholders
  • Maintain and update reference materials in the global knowledge base to improve policy visibility and employee awareness
  • Contribute to KPI analysis for quarterly business reviews, providing insights into operational performance and supporting strategic planning efforts

Qualifications:

  • Currently studying or recently graduated from a Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in any field (Travel or Tourism Management studies, hospitality, similar)
  • Knowledge in Microsoft tools especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good communication skill (English)
  • 6 months availability (must have)
  • Knowledge with travel codes and abbreviations (nice to have)
  • Chinese, Japanese, Korean language (Good to have)
