Y our Role:

• Manage and Perform IC Failure Analysis [FA] starting from electrical verification, fault isolation and physical root cause analysis.
• Publishing FA report to all concerned parties for conducting root cause investigation and establishing corrective & preventive actions.
• Participate, lead and present FA results and status in cross functional meetings with Division, Field Quality Service and Process team.

Your Skills & Experiences:

• Masters / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electronics /Manufacturing/ Material Science / Chemical) or equivalent.
• Good communication skills and equipped with strong analytical skills.
• Failure Analysis Field of Knowledge: Sample preparation (mechanical polishing, backside preparation, chemical decapsulation); Imaging (Optical, SEM, FIB/ Plasma FIB, 2D/ 3D X-rays); Material analysis (EDX, FTIR); Fault Isolation analysis (IR-Obirch, TEM, EMMI)
• Ability to anticipate issues and challenges and resolve them quickly.
• Good knowledge and in Wafer Fab, Assembly and Testing process.
