YOUR ROLE

To support the equipment and maintenance engineer for certain tasks and follow up actions

• To support collect data on machines for stoppages data, error logs and event logs to compile and provide pareto for OEE, MTBI and Stoppages pareto
• Monitor machine performance and assist to run after maintenance / upgrade activity
• Perform the PM tasks base on PM schedule. Identify critical section to focus and critical parts to replace/service/check.
• Work with technician to on additional apparatus use with the system, MicroT, Scanner, Network, System Sealing, system scanning, FW2, XSite and etc.
• Support team to identify problem parts at machine and check parts detail (ST code, PN, Model). perform withdrawal from store and install / replace at machine.
• Perform calibration on machine and perform ESD inspection on ionizers.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Manufacturing) or a related field.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and the Office Suite; familiarity with AutoCAD, FW2, XSite, and SAP is a plus.
• Business-level proficiency in English.
• Strong physical stamina and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
