JOB TITLE: INTERNSHIP FINANCE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the AP team in Vendor bank detail clean up (SMRF), to ensure the reliability of the vendor data.
- Update shared folder with monthly softcopies of invoice, ensure completeness.
- Assist analyst in performing SOA & Bank reconciliation.
- Assist the Treasury Lead in daily task of updating FX rate.
- Ad hoc activities - on audit issues / Audit Sample by Financial Accounting Team & PSC Team/ Governance Team/ Tax Team.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university in the discipline of Accountancy /finance /business administration or similar.
- Good in Excel
- Good accounting background
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work with a team.
