- Perform administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, researching, and data compilation.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
- Update databases and spreadsheets with new employee information, customer data, etc.
- Responsible for daily administrative tasks.
- Responsible in preparing reports as requested by superiors.
- Ensuring the office supplies is sufficient and stored properly.
- Ensure timely filing and maintain a proper filing system.
- Processing and documentation of invoices, billings, correspondences, and other documents related to authorities, legal and other matters related to the property's maintenance and management.
- Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations.
- Candidate must possess at least Pre-U, Professional Certificate in any field, Diploma and Degree in Business Admin / Marketing Study or equivalent field
- We highly encourage final semesta candidates to apply
- No work experience required. Company will provide job task training.
- Preferably specialized in Business Administration management or equivalent.
- Coordinating office activities
- Understand business requirement and source vendors for products and services
- Liased with account department tp ensure accurate and timely payment of invoice as necessary for business supplies
- Updating paperwork
- Organizing, managing files and storing
- Any other task assigned by HOD and updated dairy reports
