- To produce image, audio & visual materials and getting involve in photo, video shooting (short-form video, prop shooting and editing using Capcut).
- Work alongside the team to create and implement a plan for social media strategies monthly to improve social media presence.
- Monitor the ongoing performance presence on social media (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, XHS and Youtube).
- Proficiency in Graphic Design software including Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Adobe Illustrator and other visual design tools.
- Brainstorm and research ideas for contents.
- Basic animation/ video editing for digital social assets.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong interest in marketing and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media, content management systems) is a plus.
- Creativity and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in handling phone calls and messaging platforms.
- High level of professionalism and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not required as full training will be provided.
