Intern, OFR Billing

This job is an internship for Business & Logistics students. You would learn from our senior experts and work in Ocean Freight. You might like this job because it offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various areas of the department and learn from experienced professionals.

During this internship, you would be learning from our senior experts. Your daily job scope consists of different area within the department of Ocean Freight.

• Provide day-to-day administrative support for Billing activities and tasks under direct supervision.
• Ensure the generation of invoices to achieve accuracy and timely delivery of billing information to customers in line with internal and external policies and standards, regulations and compliance requirements.
• Collect, compile and file required data for various Billing activities.
• Prepare and finalize due bills accurately.
• Resolve recurring routine issues faced during delivery else escalate to supervisor for inputs and guidance.
• Generate invoices based on purchase orders.
• Support and interact primarily with colleagues of own team.
  
  
  

To be successful in this internship, we expect your qualification to have:

• Diploma and/or Degree in Logistics, Transportation, and/or Business Studies with minor in logistics and supply chain.
• It will be added advantage if individual have part-time experience dealing with customers.
• Being able to compose, speak and dress professionally in English.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• This internship working location at Subang Jaya, USJ 25.
• Looking for intern who can join in Oct 2025 onward.
