Intern - Personal Financial Services Define your future at Hong Leong Bank

Key Responsibilities
1. Data Analysis and Reporting

• Extract and analyze data from various data sources related to Cards, Remittance and Personal Loan business
• Develop or maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights on customer behavior, product usage and performance

2. Trend Identification

• Identify trends and patterns in customer transactions, customer segmentation, risk profiles and customer profitability
• Present findings to team members or stakeholders with actionable recommendations

3. Collaboration and Documentation

• Collaborate with team members across teams and departments
• Document methodologies, process flows and results

4. Market Research and Competitor Analysis

• Analyze industry trends and competitor performance in the Cards, Remittance and Personal Loan market to provide insights for product acquisition and strategies

5. Customer Segmentation

• Assist in segmenting customer based on spending habits, creditworthiness and other behavioral metrics to support personalized marketing and product offerings

Qualifications
1. Technical Skills

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and programing language
• Familiarity with database management and querying

2. Analytical Skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

3. Communication Skills

• Ability to present data findings clearly and effectively
