We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Technology Strategy Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management, stakeholder management, governance, and process improvement within a dynamic and innovative tech environment. The intern will support our team in various tasks, contributing to the successful execution of projects and the enhancement of our technical processes.
The Day-to-day Activities

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Technology Strategy Intern to join our team. The intern will support our team in various tasks, contributing to the successful execution of projects and the enhancement of our technical processes.
The Day-to-day Activities
Project Support:
- Assist in planning and coordinating technology projects.
- Track project progress and update project management tools.
- Prepare project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project deliverables are met on time.
- Support communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in organising and facilitating stakeholder meetings.
- Help gather and document stakeholder requirements and feedback.
- Assist in maintaining project governance frameworks.
- Support the implementation of compliance and quality assurance processes.
- Contribute to the development and documentation of policies and procedures.
- Participate in the analysis of current technical processes.
- Identify areas for improvement and suggest innovative solutions.
- Support the implementation of process enhancements and monitor their effectiveness.
- Undergraduate or postgraduate in Computer Science, Business Administration
- Great communications, go getters, problem solvers and love challenges.
- General knowledge of successful examples of digitalisation on financial products.
- Knowledge of latest developments in the digital banking and fintech industry.
- Experience in project management, active with student councils
- Experience in coordination across several functions or management of a team (e.g. clubs or event organising).
