Job Description

• Assist in receiving finished products from the production department and ensuring proper storage at designated locations.
• Help maintain accurate inventory records and support stock checks or cycle counts.
• Support in preparing goods for delivery and monitoring loading activities.
• Participate in maintaining warehouse cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance with hygiene and safety standards (HACCP/FSSC).
• Assist in preparing simple operational or logistics reports as guided by the supervisor.
• Observe and learn warehouse processes related to SOP compliance (e.g., Returned Goods, Loading Cycle Time).
• Carry out other related tasks or ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
  
  

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in logistics, supply chain, administration or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of warehouse or inventory processes.
• Willing to learn and follow safety and hygiene procedures.
• This position is based in Pasir Gudang.
