JOB SCOPE

  • Responsible for organizing and overseeing risk function in accordance with the annual risk plan.
  • Execute the assigned Risk Management initiatives including business risks, corruption risks and business continuity planning and ensure that the assignments are well planned and executed, initiatives are competed.
  • Review, assess and report significant risks and issues identified to the Head of Internal Audit and assist the department in defining and agreeing remedial action
  • Report to the Head of Internal Audit on recommended improvements in risk management processes and progress of Risk Action Plan with its control measures.
  • To prepare report including document risk management processes; activities; and maintain accurate records of risk assessments, corruption risk assessment and mitigation actions on timely basis.
  • Develop practical and value-added recommendations to address control weaknesses.
  • Possess auditing skills with the ability to develop reporting issues from a risk perspective and to recommend improvement as a team member to the Head of Internal Audit as and when required.
  • Execute Integrity initiative including conducting activities to increase awareness and ensure compliance of ABC Policy within the Company
  • Competent in communication, persuasion and collaboration and critical thinking to deliver risk management function and drive improvement and innovation within risk management activities.
  • Undertake ad-hoc audit, investigation, and other assignment as per directed by Head of Internal Audit.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • A bachelor’s degree in finance/accountancy or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of working experience and preferably in aviation industry.
  • Experience in the areas of internal auditing and risk management are an added advantage.
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Skillful in collecting and analyzing data, evaluating information, and drawing logical conclusions.
  • Good written and verbal communication skill.
  • Proactive and have an eye for detail.
