Construction Executive

Qualifications & experience

• Preferably Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• Complete understanding of the construction process, including cost control, scheduling, safety regulations, and engineering is required.
• Experience working with local municipalities, inspectors, utility providers and officials is advantage.
• Competent at preparing, reading, and understanding the project drawing.
• Experience with MS Office and proficiency using scheduling and project management software and AutoCAD.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Assist in all levels of the project, including project execution, project planning, health and safety planning.
• Supervise sub-contractors by evaluating them as well as monitoring and controlling their performance.
• Progressively report the work progress to assistant project manager/project director.
• Communicate effectively with the primary contractor, subcontractors, governmental agencies, and various levels of construction bodies on the site.
• Identifying and understanding the underlying causes of any problem as well as identifying the best method to eliminate the causes and must reporting the problem to the top management.
• Travel to and supervise multiple sites based on the project or schedule.
• To complete records for site reports on time and accurately.
• Prepare the project drawing accordingly.
