Internship - Bank Reconciliation

To assist Head of Investment solutions on providing SAA advisory services, building up TAA capability, fulfilling ESG investments and doing research on multi-asset views PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Bank reconciliation function is responsible for the day-to-day bank reconciliation operational tasks following the applicable accounting standards, regulatory requirements and guidelines, and internal policies and procedures

• Perform bank reconciliation and investigation on outstanding unreconciled items
• Follow-up with banks and internal departments on outstanding unreconciled items
• Monitor all outstanding unreconciled items and ensure timely resolution and closure of the outstanding unreconciled items
• Clearing and matching of outstanding unreconciled items by referring to the relevant supporting documents
• Assist the Bank Reconciliation Team with any ad hoc & administrative tasks

REQUIREMENTS

• Pursuing Bachelor or Professional Degree in finance, accountancy, banking, investment, economics or equivalent
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good work ethics with a positive attitude
• Responsible and willing to learn
