Job Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Perform data entry and maintain organized records of financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations, journal entries, and variance analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement in financial performance.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and provide support during internal and external audits.
- Support the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including processing invoices, payments, and collections.
- Assist in the preparation of management reports and presentations.
- Assist with ad-hoc accounting projects and tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
- Accounting Intern
- Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Accounting, Finance or related fields is preferred.
- Possess good data entry and data analysis skills.
- Familiar with office software such as Excel, Word, etc.
- Proficient in English, Malay, and Mandarin communication skills.
- Work location: Petaling Jaya, must work on-site.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
