Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for the preparation of filings, documentations & reports as required by manager
  • To follow up with all clients regarding business documents, invoicing and payments
  • To handle clients communications, request and queries in proffesional manners
  • To fulfill all adhocs requirements of business administration by management
  • Having ability to present in large audience is an added advantage

Job Requirements

  • Candidates pursuing diploma/degree or equivalent in business admin/corporate admin/accountancy are encouraged to apply
  • Ability to present in large audience is an added advantage
  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Ability to follow instruction and be independent
  • Positive & "can do" attitude
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill to liaise with client offline & online
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Aggressive and fast learner
  • Good attitude and responsible character
