Job Responsibility

  • Feedback & Data Management: Collect, organize, and analyze customer feedback to identify patterns and actionable insights.
  • Administrative Coordination: Maintain structured records and ensure proper documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Develop reports highlighting trends and areas for improvement for internal teams.
  • Process Enhancement: Recommend improvements based on feedback analysis to optimize operational workflows.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by your supervisor.
  • Participate in role-play or training sessions to understand products and services.

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in business, retail management, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively.
  • Ability to handle inquiries, complaints, and provide solutions professionally.
  • Basic computer literacy for handling digital customer interactions and reports.
