Job Responsibility
- Assisting with general administrative and clerical tasks
- Manage the day-to-day activities of HR & Admin department including but not limited to recruitment, employee relation, preparing letters and administration tasks
- Responsible for updating and monitoring employeeâs data, attendance records for any habitual lateness / absentees, claims, leaves records.
- To assist in preparation of monthly reports on HR & Admin related matters.
- Ensure proper documentations and safe keeping, orderly and correctly in timely manner.
- Undertake ad hoc tasks when required.
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM; Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
- Able to work under fast pace working environment
- Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
