Job Responsibility

  • Assisting with general administrative and clerical tasks
  • Manage the day-to-day activities of HR & Admin department including but not limited to recruitment, employee relation, preparing letters and administration tasks
  • Responsible for updating and monitoring employeeâs data, attendance records for any habitual lateness / absentees, claims, leaves records.
  • To assist in preparation of monthly reports on HR & Admin related matters.
  • Ensure proper documentations and safe keeping, orderly and correctly in timely manner.
  • Undertake ad hoc tasks when required.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM; Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
  • Able to work under fast pace working environment
  • Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
