Job Responsibility

  • Key in finance-related documents into the system (invoices, receipts, payments, etc.)
  • Ensure data accuracy and proper record keeping
  • Assist with basic filing and document organization
  • Support the finance team with any ad hoc tasks as needed

Job Requirements

  • Students pursuing a Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • Detail-oriented and responsible
  • Able to maintain confidentiality of financial data
  • Willing to learn and follow instructions
  • Able to commit to the 3 months internship period
