Job Responsibility
As a Human Resources Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR department. Your tasks may involve multiple HR functions including HR administration, employee relations, training & development, compensation and benefits, and HRIS.
As a Human Resources Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR department. Your tasks may involve multiple HR functions including HR administration, employee relations, training & development, compensation and benefits, and HRIS.
- Provide general clerical and administrative support to the HR department.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
- Assist with staff confirmation and contract renewal processes, including preparing related documentation and monitoring deadlines.
- Coordinate arrangements for technician staff examinations (T1âT3) and Competent Person medical checkups.
- Record, maintain, and monitor attendance records and training participation.
- Assist in verifying and checking staff overtime submissions.
- Support the addition and deletion of staff in Mednefits and assist in checking non-panel medical claims.
- Maintain records and assist in processing claims such as dental, marriage, handphone purchase, and health screening.
- Provide assistance in managing workplace accident cases and insurance claim submissions.
- Ensure timely submission of employee training evaluations and update training records in accordance with training procedures and ISO requirements.
- Support HR in delivering results aligned with the companyâs core values.
- Carry out any other ad-hoc duties or tasks as assigned by the HR team.
- Candidate currently pursuing OR possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word & Excel for preparing HR documents and time management, leave and attendance spreadsheet
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Able to speak in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Good at organizing HR documents and files in a systematic manner
- Able to communicate well both in writing and orally
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Able to learn new skills and acquire knowledge fast
