We're Hiring: Human Resource Intern!

Start your career in HR with Hunters International, a growing provider of HR and payroll solutions. As an HR & Payroll Intern, you will gain hands-on exposure to core HR functions in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will work closely with our team to support recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and HR administration.

Location: Petaling Jaya, Malaysia

What You'll Do

Support recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination

Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, contracts, and payroll-related reports

Assist with data entry, file management, and general administrative tasks

Handle basic inquiries on company policies and procedures

Provide support in employee relations matters and observe disciplinary processes

Assist in payroll processing, statutory compliance, and client queries

Contribute to HR and payroll reporting through data compilation and analysis

Participate in and support employee engagement initiatives

What We're Looking For

Currently pursuing a degree in HR, Accounting, Business Admin, or a related field

Proficient in Mandarin and English (written and spoken)

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a dynamic environment
